Part time bike shop mechanic

Applicants must have strong mechanical and diagnostic skills centered around working on bicycles of all makes and conditions--preferable at least one year of working in a bike shop environment. Excellent customer service is a must, as is the ability to serve a diverse customer base. 

Position is seasonal, Approx. 30 hours per week, Compensation DOE

Position Summary:
The Seasonal Bike Shop Mechanic provides customer service, sales, and bike repair for the ReCyclery. Duties include providing outstanding customer service and sales, performing repairs on customers' bikes and bikes for re-sale, supporting the overall operations of the shop, acting as role model and mentor to youth frequenting the shop, and serving as a resource to the community. Please click here for full job announcement

Tuesday through Saturday
12pm - 6pm
