NEW! Port Gamble Heritage Park Ride

To put your skills to the test, the last ride of the fall session on Saturday, November 6, will be at Port Gamble’s Heritage Park! Rider’s will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the skills park (carpooling encouraged!). More information will be provided closer to the date, but riders will be required to attend at least 8 of the fall session’s 15 rides in order to qualify for this event.

Rider Requirements & Recommendations

Each rider will be required to bring their own helmet, water bottle or hydration pack, and have a front and rear light (provided by the ReCyclery) at each ride.

Should your rider need a new helmet, please contact us directly as we may be able to provide a larger discount for this imperative piece of equipment.

We highly recommend riding gloves during the session that can be purchased through the ReCyclery with your 10% Student Membership discount! The ReCyclery will also have snacks on hand at every ride, but participants are encouraged to bring easy to eat foods, especially on longer Saturday rides.

Need a water bottle or water bottle cage? Please ask about installing one at your safety check appointment!

As of 8/31/21, we will ask that all riders have a mask on them during every ride. If you are vaccinated, you do not need to wear one while riding, but will be required to mask up at breaks and rest stops. If you are unvaccinated, we will ask that you wear a mask the entire session (during rides + at rest stops). We will continue to practice social distancing (especially when eating and drinking). Should our mask mandate change, we will update +/or remind you prior to September 18th's ride of our requirements.
