ABOUT THE EVENT

Join us at The ReCyclery for an open forum discussion about biking while neurodivergent with health educator Shanon Harrison Fox!  Shanon walked in the doors to The ReCyclery last summer looking to add a bike to her list of transportation options after making the decision not to drive. Two bikes, a trailer and a year of multimodal transportation experience as a neurodivergent person navigating PT by foot, bus, and bike, Shannon is eager to share her experience and help others move through time and space more safely!   This event will include a brief talk by Shanon, followed by an open forum for folks with lived experience to chat and crowdsource safety tips and tricks for safely navigating streets by bike, & ending with ask-a-mechanic time for all of those lingering questions.

Open to all

*There will be an option to tune in virtually*
