ACCESS MECHANIC
The ReCyclery Access Mechanic assumes primary responsibility for facilitating ReCyclery access nights. Access nights are recurring, open shop time for those with underrecognized identities in cycling and bike mechanics to gather together and learn how to work on their bikes in a safer space.

*We are currently looking to host a Women/Trans/Femme night as well as a Black/Indigenous/Person of Color night and are seeking mechanics who hold either or both of those identities.*
Hourly Pay: $30/hr, Independent Contractor, minimum of 2 hours/month - up to 3 hours/week

COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR
The Community Outreach Coordinator assumes primary responsibility for management of grants, fundraising, and community engagement in fulfillment of The ReCyclery’s mission and vision.
Secondary responsibilities include program implementation of the Cascade Bicycle Club’s Youth Development Program grant. These additional responsibilities include hands-on involvement in the execution of this grant. The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the lead for all reports, including surveys, narratives, and budget reporting. This will require a first-hand understanding of this grant, its programs, and overall holistic successes/challenges.
Classification and Compensation: Full Time Non-Exempt, 32-40 hours/week Base rate of $26/hour with up to 24% of time compensated at $37.43/hour (as outlined by certain grant requirements).
